Virtual assistants (VAs) and online business managers (OBMs) are both integral to helping businesses operate efficiently, but they play distinct roles in the business landscape. As a VAs I typically handle a wide array of fairly routine administrative tasks, such as email management, data entry, scheduling, and basic social media updates. On the other hand, as an OBM, I take on a more strategic role, focusing on overseeing the entire business operation for particular departments, ensuring that processes run smoothly and are aligned with the company's objectives. As an OBM, I'll provide a level of leadership and be responsible for project management, team coordination, and decision-making. I play a vital role in managing the workflow, optimising efficiency, and helping to drive business growth.  So, in essence, as a VAs I'm like really dependable internal executive assistant, while as an OBM I act as the guiding force behind the scenes, helping to drive the company's strategic direction.
